Online Store Policies


We strive to mail orders within 2-3 business days, but we can often get them out faster. Orders may arrive in several shipments from our three individual stores. All orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. over $75 will receive free standard shipping. All orders under $25 will be charged $4 for standard shipping and orders between $25.01 and $74.99 will be charged $6 for standard shipping. International shipments are not available at this time. 

Whenever possible, we re-use shipping materials including boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. 


Products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt of product if you are not completely satisfied. Please email to initiate the return. If you received something damaged or in error we will provide return shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping in all other cases. 

*Grocery items may not be returned or exchanged. 

Return times may vary, depending on your shipment selection, but we will process returned items and refunds within 2 business days of receiving the product. 


Local store coupons, local store gift certificates and store credit cannot be used to purchase items on the website. They are only redeemable on in-store purchases at the specific store from which they originated. Customer loyalty points do not accumulate with online purchases.
