Staunton Latitudes Welcomes New Owner
Join us in officially welcoming Jac Winters as the new owner of the Latitudes Fair Trade Staunton location!
Over the past 5 years, Jac has been an integral part of the Latitudes team. About 3 years ago she took on the role of manager and didn’t look back.
Anna Schoenduby founded the Staunton location in 2015. She has taken pride in being part of the Staunton community and sharing the mission of fair trade with everyone she can.
When Anna moved to Warrenton in 2024, Jac continued as manager and took on more tasks to make the shift for Anna easier. Transitioning Jac to owner was truly the natural next step as both Anna and Jac step into new chapters.
Jac has a deep connection to the fair trade movement and enjoys researching, sharing about the global south, and discussing the amazing work of all our artisans. She also has a long history in both customer service and management. Between her passions for fair trade, education, and customer service, we are so grateful to have Jac stepping into the role of owner.
We are incredibly grateful to Anna for opening the Staunton store and for the way she has run her business with heart, dedication to fair trade, and treating people fairly. Anna is excited to step into a more present role at home in Warrenton with her husband, two children, and all the new adventures that await her.
If you’ve visited the Staunton store, you have likely met Jac and witnessed her wealth of knowledge and passion for Latitudes. Please join us in sending Anna off with all the love and warmly welcoming Jac to her new role. It’s a true adventure to step into small business, and we know Jac is a wonderful fit for Latitudes Staunton!
