Shipping policy

Shipping

• Orders ship within 2–3 business days (often faster).
  
• Get free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
  
• Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.
  
• Priority shipping is available for $15.
  
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
  
• We reuse clean packing materials (like boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.) whenever possible to reduce waste.

In-Store Pickup

• In-store pickup is available only at our Staunton, VA location.
  
• Orders are usually ready for pickup the next business day, unless the store is closed for regular hours or holidays.
  
• You will receive a pickup confirmation email when your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to pick up.
  • When you arrive to pick up your order, you have two options.
    1) Call (540) 887-9670 when you arrive, and we’ll bring your order to your car.
    2) Come inside to collect it from the counter.

Note: Online orders cannot be picked up at any other Latitudes location. All inventory online is from the Staunton, VA location and cannot be picked up or returned to any other locations.
