Refund policy

New, unused, full-priced items that meet the criteria below are eligible for our 30-day return policy. In order to avoid unnecessary returns and shipments, please read our return policy and check all product descriptions and details before ordering.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email return requests to: staunton@latitudesfairtrade.com
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date (based on tracking).

What Can Be Returned:

  • The item is in new, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor-free, no damage or signs of wear).
  • The item was not discounted or marked down.
  • You received the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipping (photo proof required within 3 days of delivery).

Once a return is approved via email, we will provide return instructions.

What Cannot Be Returned:

Returns are NOT accepted on*:

  • Any discounted item, including markdowns, sales, holiday promotions, or special offers. (If you paid less than the original price, the item is considered FINAL SALE, no exceptions.)
  • Grocery or food items
  • Used items, including anything worn, washed, altered, damaged, or with odors/stains
  • Returns shipped without prior approval

*We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and approving your return.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
