Founder and Chocolatier, Joseff Zotter has been visiting cocoa growing regions since 2001 to build relationships and hand-select the highest quality of cocoa. The company now works with farmer cooperatives in roughly 15 different countries to bring organic ingredients to every bar they create.
After sourcing those ingredients, they are combined into individual layers for each bar. Workers in Austria then hand-scoop each layer to create the delicious chocolate bars you love. By purchasing these delectable treats you support not only the farmer co-ops who grow the ingredients but also the workers who handmake each bar.
