Women artisans use materials sourced from their communities to create the Kantha covered disc-shaped beads and then embellish them with burst-like threadwork. This technique creates beautifully textured statement beads. These small and medium discs are then paired up and crafted into colorful, lightweight earrings with lots of movement.
