Venture Imports pays their artisans fairly and gives them interest free loans while providing a safe work environment.
They also care about the artisan’s families and are against child labor. Their artisan partners are able to work from home, or bring their children to the cooperative to play while they work. All the artisan partner’s children are also in school—something which is not always the case in a community where school fees are often prohibitive to many parents.
Respecting the planet is also at the forefront of their mission. They believe in taking responsibility to operate their business in the most sustainable way they can.
